Up until the moment I packed my bags I have been searching and searching for a way to go aboard and see the world through new eyes. I have done weeks and weeks of research and found loads of sites that say they can help a person get abroad. Some more helpful than others. These are the sites that I found the most helpful. The links in bold are those that valued the most. Quick note: It is possible to get an internship abroad without using a service that you pay to find you a placement. However, this takes much more time and effort. If the placement is paid then you can think of the placement cost has your first month salary. No need the pay over US$800 though!
